What is the delivery time?

Local Order delivery takes 3-5 days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations.

Does the price of the order include shipping?

Typically, we will indicate shipping charges separately as part of the order on the checkout page. The final payment amount charged will include shipping charges.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS website for local orders, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

What manner of shipping do you use?

We ship all over Pakistan through our courier partners TCS Express Logistics. Package typically arrives in 2-4 working days for local shipping.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop and place and order?

No, you don’t need to open an account in order to shop and place and order. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I place an order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

I am facing problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as they are available and in stock. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart, hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

How can I use a discount code?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to Check Out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during Check Out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
